Professional users remain responsible for reviewing, correcting, exporting, protecting, and retaining records as required by their own legal, professional, and practice obligations.

Professional users are responsible for obtaining appropriate client consent before collecting, storing, recording, transcribing, or using client information.

Professional users must not put client PHI or sensitive clinical details into account preferences, support requests, diagnostics, calendar reminders, or other non-clinical app fields.
