Each named digital background is delivered to the purchasing AtmoShaper account immediately after successful payment and fulfillment.

By accepting the combined purchase consent before Checkout, the purchaser expressly requests that digital delivery begin immediately.

A purchase grants the purchaser a non-transferable right to personally use and display the background for personal activities and while the purchaser provides services through the purchaser's own sole proprietorship or practice. Clients and staff may see that purchaser-operated display, but they do not receive account access or a separate license.

The purchaser may not share account access; allow staff or teams to operate the background through the purchaser's login; redistribute, resell, or sublicense the background; extract or distribute its assets; package it into another product or service; or provide access to unrelated third parties.

Individual digital-background purchases are final except where applicable law requires otherwise or AtmoShaper approves a documented exception.

A failed delivery, duplicate charge, materially misdescribed item, or other legally required remedy may be reviewed through AtmoShaper support.

Refunded or disputed purchase ownership may be suspended or revoked while the payment issue is reviewed and after a refund or adverse dispute outcome.

Subscription access is separate from permanent ownership, so an active subscription may continue to provide access while purchase ownership is suspended.

Permanent digital-background purchasing is initially limited to customers whose final Stripe Checkout billing country is the United States.
